This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders both within Australia and internationally.


1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During busy periods or promotional sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you by email.


2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship from Sydney, NSW, using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or CouriersPlease.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD: 2–6 business days
  • SA, WA, NT, TAS: 4–10 business days

Tracking information will be provided via email once your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time β€” these will be clearly stated on our Website.


3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Australia Post International or other reputable couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days
  • USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
  • UK & Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Other regions: 14–25 business days

These are estimated delivery times only. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, global shipping disruptions).


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, or local taxes in the destination country.

  • These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes.
  • Customs policies vary widely by country; please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, the cost of return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s system.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at iluckshop.com@gmail.com.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).


7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

We do our best to ensure every order reaches you safely. However, once a package has been shipped, delivery times are outside our control.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at iluckshop.com@gmail.com. We will investigate with the courier and provide assistance.

A replacement or refund may be offered in accordance with Australia Post or the courier’s investigation outcome.


8. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch time will be shown on the product page.
We will ship your order once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
