We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and options if something goes wrong or you change your mind.


1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


2. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit — or a refund at our discretion — provided that:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of receiving it
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The product is in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo or video showing the fault or damage

Once verified, we will offer one of the following options (at no extra cost to you):

  • Replacement of the item
  • Repair (if applicable)
  • Full refund to your original payment method

We will cover the return shipping cost for defective or incorrectly sent items.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect:

  • Skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance items that have been opened or used
  • Personal care or grooming products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


6. International Orders

We gladly accept returns from international customers.
However, please note:

  • International shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect

7. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be eligible for cancellation.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still return it under our standard policy once received.


8. How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund, please email support@iluckshop.com with the following:

  • Full name and order number
  • Reason for return or refund
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We will reply within 2 business days with next steps and instructions.
